ARVILLA BRITO
Arvilla Brito is the on-site Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) for Bay Tree Club. Arvilla is originally from New York City and moved to Sarasota in 1999. She came on board at Bay Tree in July of 2019 and has over 15 years of experience working with Condominium Associations as Portfolio Manager and On-Site Manager.
MAINTENANCE TECH:
BILL HANNON
Bay Tree Club has a full-time maintenance technician who helps to make Bay Tree look beautiful. Bill Hannon works directly with Arvilla, and together they work to maintain the prestige appearance of Bay Tree!
Bill grew up in Sarasota and was hired at Bay Tree in July 2016 and has many years of experience in condominium repairs and maintenance.
