I am a lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia, practicing for over 40 years with a litigation firm, Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore, LLP.  My wife, Jill Pryor, was a partner in my firm for 25 years before becoming a federal court of appeals judge on the Eleventh Circuit in 2014. We have two children – a son, Pryor, who graduated from Wesleyan University in 2020, and a daughter, Lilah, who attends the University of Vermont.

I have enjoyed coming to Bay Tree for 50 years.  My parents, Harriette and Phil Krugman, were original owners and spent many seasons at Bay Tree following my Dad’s retirement. My Mom, who served on the Board in Bay Tree’s early years, remained a fixture at Bay Tree for many years after my Dad passed away.  Fortunately, 204A remains in the family today.

In addition to practicing law, I am engaged in a number of civic and professional activities. I currently serve on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, and the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Ballet.  I previously served on the Board of the Southeast Region of the Anti-Defamation League, and of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta (of which I served as President in 2013 – 2014).  As I begin scaling back my practice, I am beginning to spend more time at Bay Tree.

I live in Queens, New York where I have had 35 years of experience managing buildings in New York City. I have a thorough knowledge of building construction, plumbing, electricity, etc., as well as being an owner of a building in New York City. My wife Helayne is a retired nurse in Brooklyn and we have a daughter and grandson in San Francisco.
We have been owners at Bay Tree for 7 years and I am a resident here off and on for 7 to 8 months a year, including during the summer.  I have been a member of the Bay Tree Board of Directors for 6 years. I enjoy helping around Bay Tree to keep the grounds looking beautiful and keep the buildings in top shape. In my spare time I am an avid fisherman, a cyclist and a yoga enthusiast.

I and my husband Marty have been owners at Bay Tree Club since 2008. Our son Hugh is 19 and a college student. As a recent empty nester, no longer tied to an academic calendar, I have more time to enjoy the beauty of BTC and this community. I am an attorney and co-founder of two non-profits, Smart Colorado and One Chance to
Grow Up, focused on youth advocacy.

My favorite activities are hiking, biking and gardening, even in the hard, clay soil of Colorado. Marty and I have always been grateful for the dedication of our volunteer board members, especially during the years when we could not be here often. Now that I am in a position to give back, I am happy to join the Board to contribute any way I can to maintaining and improving our wonderful Bay Tree Club.

My husband Mike and I call Cincinnati, Ohio home but we spend a great deal of time at Bay Tree throughout the year.  Siesta Key is the favorite vacation destination for all of our four grown children and eight grandchildren.

I worked for 21 years at PNC Bank based out of Pittsburgh, PA, where I was a Senior Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the large multi-million dollar technology projects at the bank.  I retired in 2018 which allows me to spend more time at our Bay Tree paradise.

My wife Helen and I live in Brockport, NY where we raised our two grown kids. I have been coming to BTC since my parents bought the last condo available when the buildings were constructed.
I am a retired Electrical Engineer after almost 41 years at Eastman Kodak where I designed and built automatic assembly machines.  I carry that passion forward with the technical support and training that I now do at the Rochester Makerspace. I have supported BTC by providing reports on Water Leak Detectors, Condensation Float Switches, investigations on tankless water heaters and our electrical usage, and a gas vs. solar review for pool heating based on a data logger I built and installed 6 years ago. I have created a CAD drawing of BTC to reflect the ‘as built’ location of our property footprint, something which the original plans never completed. We can now document the location of our building services, important for maintaining our property. As with these and other projects I have consulted on over the years. I will do my best to support BTC with future plans to sustain our community.
